Pizza Muffins2 1/2 cups plain flour Sift the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl then stir in the salt, parmesan cheese, salami, onion, chopped tomato and basil. Place the pizza sauce, milk, olive oil and eggs in a blender and process until combined. Make a well in the dry ingredients and quickly stir in the liquid. Do not overmix. Spoon into muffin pans - this is enough for a dozen large muffins. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes.
