Cheese and Walnut Muffins2 1/2 cups flour Sift the flour, baking powder, curry powder, cayenne pepper and salt into a large mixing bowl. Stir in the cheese and walnuts. Beat together the milk, melted butter and egg and pour over the dry ingredients. Mix lightly together until moist but still lumpy. Don't overmix. Spoon into muffin pan, sprinkle some extra grated cheese over the top if desired, and bake in a preheated 220 Celsius oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
