Pruners Muffins

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped basil
1 egg
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted butter

Sift the dry ingredients into a large bowl and add the cheese and basil (or any other fresh herbs). Whisk together the eggs, milk and melted butter and add quickly to dry ingredients. Do no over-stir. Spoon into greased muffin pans and bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes.
