Berry Dessert
2 punnets strawberries
1 punnet blue berries
1 can dessert boysenberries
2 tablespoons marmalade
black rum
Hull and wash the strawberries and rinse
the blueberries. Place together in a large glass bowl. Place the
boysenberries in a blender with the marmalade and process then
press the liquid through a sieve. Stir in a tablespoon of rum and
pour over the strawberries and blueberries and turn them over gently.
Serve with creme fraiche or whipped cream.
