Tuna Pie

300g flour
150g butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
iced water

Filling

4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
can tuna packed in water, drained
2 or 3 large dill sprigs
2 tomatoes
1/2 cup grated cheddar

Place the flour in a food processor. Add the salt, and the butter, cut into cubes, and process until like breadcrumbs. Gradually add a little iced water until the mixture sticks together when pressed.

Place on a floured surface, roll out and use to line a pie tin. Trim the edges.

Place the eggs, milk, flour, salt, tuna and dill in the food processor, and mix till smooth. Pour into the unbaked pie shell (add the broccoli at this stage, if used) and decorate with tomato slices and sprinkle over the cheese.

Bake in a preheated 210C oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to set for a few minutes before serving - or allow to cool and serve at room temperature or chilled.
