Christmas Bunkum
1 packet vanilla wine biscuits
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup chopped cherries
1/2 cup raisins
175g butter
1/2 teaspoon orange or vanilla essence
Crush the wine biscuits into crumbs in a food processor and
then process again with the cocoa and sugar. Place in a bowl with the
cherries and raisins. Melt the butter then pour over the biscuit mix.
Press into an oiled 20cm square tin and refrigerate until set. Ice with
chocolate icing, sprinkle with long shreds of coconut and cut into squares.
