Microwave Fudge
500g icing sugar
50g cocoa
100g butter
50ml milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Sift the icing sugar and cocoa into a large
bowl that can be used in the microwave oven. Cut the butter into chunks
and add, along with the milk. Microwave on high for three minutes.
Add the chopped nuts and vanilla essence and mix well. Pour
into a greased dish and allow to set, marking into squares
before it is completely cool.
