Pineapple and Pepper Salad
1 small can unsweetened pineapple pieces, drained
1/2 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons salad oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon Kikkoman soy sauce
toasted sesame seeds
Place the pineapple and pepper in a bowl. Whisk together the juice,
vinegar, oils and sauce and pour over the pineapple. Sprinkle with
toasted sesame seeds.
