Herb Rolls
6 long bread rolls
50g butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh herbs, chopped (parsley, sage, oregano,
thyme, winter savoury - whatever is available)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Mash the garlic, herbs, parmesan and paprika into the butter with
a fork. Split each roll lengthwise and spread with the seasoned
butter. Wrap individually in tinfoil and bake at 200C for 10 minutes.
