Savoury Muffins2 cups self rising flour Place the dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir in the cheese, basil, salami and sundried tomatoes. Whisk together the milk, eggs and flour. Make a well in the centre of the ingredients in the bowl and add the liquid. Stir quickly to mix, but do not over-mix or the resulting muffins will be tough. It doesn't matter if the mix looks a little lumpy. Grease a 12-pan muffin tray and spoon in the mix. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes.
