Chunky Roast Medley 2 Tbsp oil Mix the oil, rosemary, potatoes, onions, garlic, seasonal vegetables and bacon in a roasting dish. Using wet hands, squeeze small balls of sausage meat out of the sausage skins, drop into the pan of vegetables. Bake, uncovered in a hot oven for 45 - 55 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and tender. Turn once during cooking. Serves 4 as a main meal or 8 as a snack.
